$150 per 60-minute session
$175 initial fee 75-minute session
Insurance
I am in network with many insurance companies, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Meritain. Please call to see if you are able to use your insurance benefits.
I am also an out-of-network provider. Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session once the deductible has been met?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the session fee.
